Shipping Policy: Allow 2 weeks to produce your order plus time for shipping and handling. Shipping and Handling Charges must be calculated separately for each address. Please Note: Any customs duties and other import taxes on orders shipped outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the recipient solely.

Payment Information: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If ordering through the mail using our order form, checks and money orders drawn on U.S. banks in $U.S. are acceptable. If paying by check please allow time for check clearance. No COD orders.

Order Processing: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will have one business day to review the order information for accuracy. If you do not respond with any changes, we will assume that all information regarding your order is correct and automatically proceed in processing the order.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Once the order is placed we cannot change or cancel your order outside of the e-mail notification system mentioned in "Order Processing". If you ordered by phone or mail, and desire to change or cancel your order, please contact us promptly and we will try to accommodate you if the order has not been printed.

Damages and Lost Shipments: Please do not accept damaged packages and contact us as soon as possible so that we may take the appropriate actions. If the package is not damaged but the order within it is, please contact us within 15 days and we will reprocess your order. Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as received and must include original paperwork and packaging. If your package is lost we will reprocess your order once we have initiated an inquiry with the shipper and determined it to be lost.

Errors and Returns: If your order has a spelling error caused by Alexander & Co., return the order for a FREE replacement. We will reimburse your shipping costs, reprint the order, and return ship to you FREE of charge. If a change is required based on an error on your part, you may still return the order and request a new one. However, we will not reimburse the cost of your shipping to us. We will create a new order for you for $50 plus the shipping costs of returning it to you. Just follow the instructions that were included in the original package shipment and repackage securely. All refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the item.

Changes to Design and Color: Our goal is to make the work of art we produce for you look as professional as possible. In order for us to most appropriately work your name into the design it may be necessary for us to make design adjustments including but not limited to font size, object location, and/or text location. The image's color(s) represented on you computer screen or in our brochure may vary in hue from the actual color(s) of your print.

Privacy Policy: We take your right to privacy seriously. We never sell, trade, share or give your personal information to anyone.
